Crazy good service so far. After our air conditioner contractor gave up on a new system he installed 11 months prior, Service Genius rocked it. First, they confirm the appointment. Then they show up the next day. Turns out our power is out. Sorry! No problem, another appointment set the following day first thing in the morning and they show up. They diagnosed a pretty challenging issue. First, the system was fine, it was the communications between my zone system and the air conditioner control. It took Robert 2 hours to figure out what was going on. How much? Just the normal price for diagnosis, 79 dollars. Robert was articulate, kind, easy, and he was clean, put booties on when he came into the house, he was detailed and super honest. They are like a breath of fresh (cold) air. Now they are working with Honeywell to see how to get the zoning and the new air system to communicate. Technical issues are not a problem, patience and great follow through. Thank you Robert.
